We took advantage of Andrew's 3 day weekend, and left for San Antonio this Thursday. It was perfect because his grandpa (who we wish we could see more often) was down from Alaska for the week. He said this was the best weekend to come visit with him...SO WE DID!
Also this weekend it was EASTER, yay! Last Easter was a bit overlooked because Miss E was only a few days old, I think we were all focused more on getting sleep than dying eggs and hunting around for them.
We also got to do a very mini birthday celebration for her. We were a little bit saddened by her reaction to the cake, we were hoping she would tear into it like a wild beast, but she just poked at it and licked a little bit of the frosting off of her fingers. Sad, especially since her Grandma Joan went through all of that trouble to make it for her with the Problem Icing!!! But it was fun anyways!
She got a very special gift from her Grantie Pam, all the way from Alaska. A personalized Alaska Mint coin with her name and year 2012 on it. We thank her very much for that!
